Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product
We will gladly replace the item or provide store credit depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 3 days. We will work with the carrier to locate the package, but we are not responsible for items marked as delivered.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Custom gloss orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
