Processing Time
All standard orders are processed and ship within 2 business days.
Custom lip gloss orders require additional time since they are handmade. Please allow 1–2 business days for creation before shipping.
During high-volume seasons (November–December), please allow an additional 2 business days for processing.

Custom Orders
Custom glosses and made-to-order beauty products take 1–2 business days to create. After completion, they ship within 2–3 business days.
We will send email updates throughout the process so you know exactly where your order stands.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 3 days.
We will work with the carrier to help locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but will assist as much as possible.
